Sewage Treatment

Wastewater biological treatment processes use microorganisms to collect suspended solids, dissolve organic matter and stabilize it. In addition, biological treatment of wastewater can remove or stabilize nutrients such as nitrogen and phosphorus, which can stimulate the growth of aquatic plants. The survival and relative growth of various microorganisms depend on the environmental conditions present in the liquid. Most important are the amount of food and nutrients in the liquid, pH, temperature and availability of oxygen.

Hospital Oxygen

Hospital oxygen inhalation is a common therapy used to relieve hypoxia, improve blood oxygen levels, and support the treatment of many conditions. Home oxygen use can benefit patients with chronic obstructive emphysema by improving their quality of life. When using long-term oxygen therapy, the flow should be kept at 2–4 L/min and the duration limited to about one hour per day to avoid harmful oxygen free radicals.

Chemical Industry

The application of oxygen in the chemical industry is mainly to enhance production, including oxygen for the organic chemical industry, oxygen for acid production, oxygen bleaching for pulp, oxygen high-pressure gasification for gases, oxygen gasification for inferior coal fields, oxygenated petroleum protein production, fuel cell production, crude oil cracking, natural gas replacement gas production, crushing rocks by flame jet, Claus sulfur recovery, etc.

Ozone

Ozone is widely used in water treatment, wastewater management, pharmaceuticals, dentistry, veterinary medicine, agriculture, environmental disinfection, and food preservation. As demand grows, efficient ozone generator systems are essential. Ozone, one of the strongest oxidizers, is used globally in thousands of treatment systems. It can be produced through electrolysis, UV light, or corona discharge, but commercial generators mainly rely on UV and corona discharge.

Mining, Mineral Processing ,Gold Smelting

The extraction rate and productivity of the final product are key performance indicators in the mining industry, especially in gold mining. Traditionally, compressed air is used to enhance mineral extraction, but with only 21% oxygen, its oxidation effect is limited. As many mines operate in remote areas with challenging transport conditions, more mining companies are now turning to PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology due to its high efficiency and reliable performance.
